Designer Ted Fountaine has allegedly caused whiplash in several harbors with his sweet line of head-turning Friendships. The latest, the 36, is a shoal-draft centerboarder designed for a customer eager to sail the shallow bays around his home. Purpose built, and lovely too. The Friendship 36 is part of Cruising World's 2014 New Boat Showcase.
