App of the Month: ColRegs
If you’ve ever wondered what those lights on the horizon meant while on a night crossing, then this app is for you. ColRegs: Nav Lights and Shapes can be used as a tool for studying the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea or as a reference for when you’re on watch. There is also all of the text for each of the rules, and there’s a Test Yourself section to check your knowledge.
