App of the Month: MyTide
The goal was simple — create an easy-to-use tide app that gave you the info you need when you needed it without relying on cellular or WiFi connections. And that’s exactly what MyTide is. Choose from the map your favorite tide and current stations before heading out, and all that info is there whenever you need it. MyTide gives you the location, date and time; a 24-hour tide or current graph; tide height, current speed and direction, sunrise and set times; and moon phase, rise and set times. Flip your phone into horizontal view and see details for any point on the graph.
MyTide is free and is available for iPhone at the App Store (Android support is coming soon).
