Well this one sets a new low in terms of non-compliance. It’s creative, but defies any standard I can think of for electrical wiring on boats. It came in over the transom recently from a colleague who apparently had it sent to him from one of our marine surveyor friends. Of course we see the single strand wire, the blue wire nut, and wire insulation shifting from red to black, and let’s not forgt the sheet rock screw. Not sure what is being powered up here, but let’s just say that this is a wire tap to remember!
